in the year 2000, sunda was founded in guangzhou, with a focus on the african market. starting from the nigerian market, it embarked on the path of expanding overseas markets.
2.deep international trade
in 2004, sunda established its first overseas subsidiary - ghana subsidiary.
in 2009, sunda côte d'ivoire and peru subsidiaries were established.
in 2010, sunda kenya subsidiary was established.
3.integration of industry and trade
in 2015, the washing powder factory and hardware factory in ghana were put into operation.
in 2016-2017, subsidiaries were established in uganda and senegal. additionally, ceramic factories in kenya, ghana, and tanzania, as well as a washing powder factory in tanzania, and a hardware factory in côte d'ivoire, were put into operation.
in 2018, diaper factories in ghana and tanzania were put into operation. additionally, subsidiaries were established in burkina faso, zambia, and cameroon. the second phase of the ceramic factory in kenya was also put into operation.
in 2019, the ceramic factory in senegal and the diaper factory in kenya were put into operation. additionally, a subsidiary was established in guinea.
in 2020, the diaper factory in senegal and the sanitary pad factory in tanzania were put into operation.
2021-2022
in 2021, the ceramic factory in zambia, diaper factory in zambia, diaper factory in cameroon, sanitary pad factory in kenya, hardware factory in guinea, and hardware factory in senegal were put into operation. additionally, the ceramic factory in ghana, soap and washing powder factory in tanzania, diaper factory in ghana, and diaper factory in senegal underwent expansion.
in 2022, the ceramic factory in kisumu, kenya, diaper factories in uganda, nigeria, guinea, and benin were put into operation. additionally, the ceramic factory, washing powder factory, diaper factory, and sanitary pad factory in ghana, the diaper factory, and sanitary pad factory in kenya, the diaper factory, and sanitary pad factory in cameroon, and the sanitary pad factory in senegal, and the sanitary pad factory in zambia underwent expansion.
in 2023, construction commenced on the ceramic factory in côte d'ivoire and the glass factory in tanzania. the ceramic factory in cameroon, sanitary ware factory in ghana, and sanitary ware factory in kisumu, kenya, were put into operation. expansion projects were carried out at ceramic factories in ghana, zambia, and senegal, as well as diaper factories in nigeria, uganda, and hardware factory in côte d'ivoire. wet wipes were put into production in tanzania, while expansion projects were undertaken for sanitary pad and wet wipe production in kenya.
